铝型材挤压出现横向焊合线怎么解决
横向焊合线是铝合金在连续挤压中，在相连接坯锭之间接缝处的边界线，在横跨挤压方向上出现的条状或带状花纹。通过腐蚀或阳极氧化明显可见，花纹与挤压方向直角、楔状或抛物线状。铝合金在连续挤压时，由于模具内的金属与新加入坯锭前端焊合（粘接或压接）不良所造成。
对策：磨快压余剪刀。
横向焊合线的消除方法：
1、重新设计适当的模具结构。
2、将模具内的挤压剩余物全部清除。
3、清洁坯锭的断面。
4、防止过度的润滑和异物混入。
5、选择适当的挤压温度。
