挤压铝型材怎么防止杂物卷入

杂物卷入是坯锭的表面层，附着于挤压筒内的污物或润滑剂等，在铝型材挤压过程中出现在挤压材内部或表面的缺陷。出现在挤压铝型材内部的缺陷，在腐蚀后观察其断面即可发现。出现在挤压铝合金件表面的缺陷，在铝型材挤压过程中呈现白色的浑浊表面。坯锭的表面层或者挤压筒内壁上的异物被卷入，而出现在挤压材料表面。由于模具设计时，模孔位置过于接近外圆所造成。

杂物卷入的消除方法：

1、在模具设计上，尽可能使模孔位置处于模具中心。

2、对中空挤压材，应把分流孔的外接圆缩小。

3、多留压余。

4、清除挤压筒内壁和固定挤压垫上的异物。

5、降低挤压垫的温度，避免过度的润滑。

6、增大挤压筒和坯锭的温度。
