The brother U500XD2-5AX introduced this time is a new generation five axis machining center in the Brother Industry SPEEDIO Xd2 series, designed specifically for manufacturing enterprises pursuing high speed, high precision, and high reliability. Brother Industry always adheres to the concept of 'being proficient in small but strong in efficiency', focusing on creating compact and high-efficiency processing equipment. The new equipment standard is equipped with a cradle style worktable with a maximum rotation diameter of 500mm in the fixture area, coupled with increased Y-axis (450mm) and Z-axis (380mm) travel, which can easily meet the multi-faceted processing needs of larger aluminum alloy workpieces. The A-axis can swing from -30 ° to 120 °, and the C-axis can rotate 360 °. With one clamping, complex spatial surfaces can be machined on five sides, greatly reducing the number of repeated clamping times, effectively avoiding accumulated errors, and ensuring product quality consistency.

High speed and efficiency, dual improvement of production capacity and quality

The U500XD2-5AX is equipped with the latest CNC-D00 control system developed by our brothers and a 15 inch touch LCD screen, with industry-leading ease of operation. The maximum speed of the equipment spindle can reach 12000min-1 (optional 16000min-1), and the fast feed rates of X/Y/Z axes can reach 50m/min, 50m/min, and 56m/min respectively. The tool change speed is extremely fast, with Tool To Tool taking only 0.6 to 0.7 seconds and Chip To Chip taking only 1.3 to 1.4 seconds. Combined with the efficient cutting capability of the BT30 taper spindle, the cutting ratio of the tool can be significantly increased, and the non cutting time is compressed to the shortest.

It is worth mentioning that U500XD2-5AX also has excellent energy efficiency performance. Compared with traditional 40 taper machine tools, the SPEEDIO series with a 30 taper platform can reduce electricity and air consumption by about 80%, achieving high output while supporting green manufacturing. The equipment occupies an area of only 1560mm × 2081mm, with a compact structure and space saving.
