Core processing capability
Dimensional tolerance control: Conventional tolerances can reach ± 0.01mm, while precision parts can achieve ± 0.005mm or even higher, meeting high fit requirements.
Surface roughness: The standard turning surface Ra is ≤ 1.6 μ m, and the precision turning or rolling process can achieve Ra 0.4-0.8 μ m. Some materials can achieve a mirror effect.
Maximum machining diameter: The single axis turning range is from 1mm to 500mm, and the centering machine is suitable for slender shaft parts with a diameter of 1 to 38mm.
Maximum processing length: up to 1000mm (adjusted according to diameter and aspect ratio), supporting deep hole drilling and inner diameter processing.
Complex process integration: The turning milling composite equipment can achieve multiple processes such as turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and hobbing in one clamping, avoiding secondary positioning errors and significantly improving concentricity and efficiency.
