We design and manufacture lightweight and high-efficiency aluminum radiator assemblies for fuel vehicles, hybrid and pure electric vehicles. Industrial and Electronic Heat Sink

Aluminum extrusion molding
We have a total of 12 extrusion production lines ranging from 600 tons to 3600 tons, which can process commonly used aluminum alloys such as 6061, 6063, 6005A, 6082, as well as high thermal conductivity special alloys. The extrusion process adopts online quenching and precision traction to ensure that the dimensional tolerance of the profile is controlled within ± 0.2mm.
Core Technology of Aluminum Extrusion Mold Design
This is one of our core competencies. The aluminum extrusion mold design team is led by senior engineers with 20 years of experience, who use finite element simulation (FEM) to analyze metal flow, stress distribution, and temperature field. They optimize the diversion hole, working zone, and empty blade structure in advance, effectively avoiding defects such as poor welding, twisting, and waves. We adopt a unique mold structure design for thin-walled porous flat tubes and high-efficiency fins specifically designed for automotive radiators, while ensuring that the mold life is extended by more than 30%. We also provide mold repair, nitriding, and surface strengthening services to help customers reduce long-term usage costs.
Precision machining and connection technology
The extruded profile undergoes secondary processing such as drilling, tapping, milling, and slotting through a high-speed CNC machining center; Equipped with automatic cutting, bending, and stamping equipment. For the car radiator core, we use lead-free brazing and vacuum brazing processes to ensure the welding strength and airtightness between the core and the main board and side board. In addition, advanced connection methods such as friction stir welding and CMT cold metal transition welding are also available, suitable for water-cooled plates and battery pack shells.
surface treatment
We provide various surface treatment solutions such as anodizing (natural color, black, hard), sandblasting, wire drawing, powder coating, electrophoretic coating, etc., to meet different corrosion resistance and appearance requirements. Car radiators are usually coated with multiple layers of anti-corrosion coating, and can withstand neutral salt spray testing for over 720 hours.

From aluminum rod composition analysis, extrusion online size monitoring, aging hardness testing, to final airtightness testing and performance testing, the entire process can be traced. The laboratory is equipped with a coordinate measuring instrument, a spectral analyzer, a universal tensile machine, a thermal resistance test bench, and a wind tunnel test bench to ensure that each batch of products meets customer drawings and performance specifications.
